Who We Are
A legacy of youth leadership in El Alia
Founded in 1989, JCI El Alia is part of JCI Tunisia's network of 113 local chapters. We bring the global JCI mission to the heart of Bizerte Governorate, developing young leaders who drive lasting impact.
Our members are students, professionals, and entrepreneurs united by a shared belief: that active citizenship transforms communities. From environmental action to entrepreneurship, we create opportunities for growth.
Our Legacy
Honoring those who led before us
Since the 1989 revival, nine presidents have carried the torch of JCI El Alia. In 2026, we honor their legacy.
